Shipment and Processing Guidelines

We’ll start processing your order as soon as we’ve confirmed your payment details are verified.

For orders placed before 12pm (CET) from Monday to Friday, we'll process and ship them within 1-2 business days. If you order after 12pm (CET) on Friday or over the weekend, we'll get started on it the next business day and ship it within 1-2 days.

If an item is out of stock or we need more info to verify your payment, someone from the Ophanty Jewelry customer service team will reach out to you.

Shipment Options

Enjoy free on all orders of $75/ €70 or more! For orders under $75/EUR70, you could choose the following options:

1. Without track and trace option is Free of Charge
2. Track and trace included option cost
3. Express shipment option, please contact us below via contact form.

Expected delivery time

We use PostNL service, depends on countries, expected arrival time various. Based on our experience.
