Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

As a reminder, you can opt for free shipment option by choosing "without Track and Trace"

 How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service on Contact Us  and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

How Can I Pay?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay.

Is it Safe to Buy on Ophanty Jewelry?

At Ophanty, we take online security very seriously. We employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.

All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your order information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

VAT & Tax

VAT (21% tax) is included in product prices listed on the NL site for all orders being shipped in the NL.

For orders being shipped outside the NL, Corresponding VAT and taxes are included either in the product price or at Checkout, depending on your shipping country.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available. Simply tick the Gift Wrapping box in your shopping bag, where you can also add a personal message.
