We aim to process all returned orders within 5 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 10 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We're currently offering an extended returns period for all orders. Orders can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
